Welcome to the Mushroom & Culture Club — a friendly, beginner-friendly community for anyone curious about the weird and wonderful world of mushrooms and fermentation. We’re a group of mostly novices, joyfully bumbling our way through growing mushrooms, baking sourdough, brewing kombucha, culturing cashew cheese, and fermenting everything from natto to kimchi. Whether you’re starting from scratch or just love the funky side of food and fungi, you’ll find encouragement, laughs, and plenty of shared experiments here. Come learn (and probably mess up) with us — it’s all part of the fun!
