Celebrate our new mural!

Sat, June 14, 11am-2pm

We are excited to celebrate El Sobrante's newest mural! Triangle Works worked with El Sobrante artist Yulia Pinkusevich to bring her vision to reality. Yulia's design is inspired by our local watershed and its inhabitants. The mural site is located at 4927 Appian Way, adjacent to Appian Creek. The mural was painted in May 2025.

To see more details of the design and its inspirations, visit Yulia’s webpage dedicated to this project, https://yuliapink.com/mural.

As Yulia says, this mural is a labor of love. But we couldn't have done it without the support of generous donors. Triangle Works is looking to collaborate and support more public art projects. Contact us to share your projects ideas.

Please consider donating whatever you can to support more projects and community celebrations like this!

"COMMUNITY MURAL PROJECT"

Appian Way & Fran Way, El Sobrante/ Richmond

Over 2 weekends in Summer 2023, El Sobrante artist, Hayley Ferreria, with the help of artist assistants and dozens of volunteers of all ages, led the community in painting the 280 foot long wall along Appian Way and Fran Way. Thank you to the almost 100 community members who came out to paint and celebrate your mural!
